Mine starts with skincare. I love choosing products that make my skin feel good - and that also make me feel good about the impact I'm leaving behind.



The Best Zero-Waste Skincare Brands Of 2022

We usually don’t think of avoiding plastic when we go skincare shopping. However, the water that goes into production, and the tons of plastic generated from their packaging is a significant contributor to the plastic waste problem. Not to mention the microplastics that you can find in almost all conventional cosmetic products.

It understandably isn’t easy to simply switch over to plastic-free skincare (it took me 10 years to find out what works for me!).

Since we’re talking about shopping, have you ever considered going to a zero-waste shop? They’re a better alternative - instead of spending extra time and effort sifting through a general shop for plastic-free options, you can simply walk into (or order from) a zero-waste shop and pick up items without worrying about the environmental impact.

How To Be Zero-Waste - On A Budget
